My experience with Kattimoni has been truly amazing. I entered my first session with some cloudiness about my objectives with my business’s direction, and left feeling clearer and more focussed. She has a very understanding approach, listening and reflecting, and creates a space that allows you to go deeper into the subtle areas of your challenges.

I highly recommend Kattimoni as a coach. She has such a natural, encouraging presence and her lessons are fun and productive. Before working with Kattimoni, I felt self-conscious about my voice and I was afraid to speak up in meetings or large gatherings. I thought that my voice was too high-pitched and I did not know how to control my tone or volume. I hated listening to recordings of myself singing or speaking. Kattimoni taught me breathing techniques that enable me to have more control of my voice and she helped me to discover and extend my range. Working with Kattimoni gave me the techniques and confidence that I needed to feel good about my voice. I am no longer reluctant to speak up or listen to recordings of myself. My overall confidence and self-acceptance have increased significantly. I no longer ‘hate’ my voice. I now love my voice. If I could describe what working with Kattimoni is like in one word it would be: empowering.

The Embodied Voice session with Kattimoni was wonderful. First we discussed our intentions and got clarity around what was required and then I was taken through some practical exercises. The guided exploration felt like a very safe space to play. Kattimoni was very gentle and intuitive with the process. Realisations around what has been blocking me and release through sound and movement has encouraged more freedom in my expression. A beautiful reminder to tune in to the body for its wisdom.
